I am a qualified psychotherapist & counsellor offering supportive therapy to clients who are in emotional difficulty. 

I work with both individuals and couples to:
  • explore and make sense of their difficult experiences 
  • come to terms with losses they have borne or are facing
  • help them to acknowledge, regulate and express to others the difficult emotions that come with these  
  • become more aware of their unhelpful patterns of thinking, behaving and relating to others or each other
  • gain an understanding of how to change these patterns in order to form more meaningful and authentic relationships and live more fulfilling lives

How I can help

People seek therapy or counselling for lots of reasons; you may be feeling depressed or anxious; you may be feeling stressed by specific events such as your job or a relationship; you may have suffered a bereavement or are struggling to come to terms with a change in your circumstances. Or you may just have a feeling that you are not living life as you’d like to and want to explore that.
